Whenever
a person sit in front of a computer or laptop or desktop for a long
time, the head of that respective person need to stay forward so as to
capture the clear vision of the computer screen. This sitting posture
causes the muscles present in the back neck to take load of the entire
head for a long time period. It results a pain and fatiguing weakness on
muscles because of stretching of muscular tissue. The weak muscles
permit the cervical bone to break down and then it creates an irritation
on the nerves of neck bone resulting pain. This irritation creates pain
on neck, shoulder, arm, hand, throat, eye and stomach.

basic reason of causing neck pain are continuously writing, poor typing
technique, leaning head forward direction, looking up or down or
